Add the following to the end of the first paragraph of the rule Systems:
The Effect of a System may only be applied to, or on behalf of, a Bot if it is equipped on that Bot (unless it is used against that Bot, by an Opponent using it during a Bout).
Some assumptions that have never actually been stated in the ruleset.
The second bit is already stated in the ruleset under Bot Loadout and a bit redundant (“An ordered list of Systems, of which a single Bot may have between none and a number equal to the number of hardpoints on the Bot’s Chassis, defaulting into none”).
You mean I can’t call in the quantum axe during the tournament? Darn.

Relative to each Bot’s Script, the Bot who is performing the Script may be referred to as the Actor, and any other Bot participating in a Bout with the Actor may be referred to as an Opponent.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
