Not wishing to be an utter arse, but it doesn’t feel like the Emperor’s job to chase non-submitted orders any more than it is his job to prevent players from making mistakes.

@Josh, your point is fair - But as this was the first Cycle, I wanted to make sure the wheels got started. I’ll try to take a more hands off perspective in the future.
