Proposal: Just Declare a Winner Already [Today]

If at least a quorum of Trucks have voted FOR on this Proposal, in the rule “Performance” replace “a Performance of at least 10” with “a Performance of at least 5”. Otherwise, this Proposal has no effect.

Instead of a Cook-Off, an even faster resolution if there’s a quorum of Trucks ready to call it quits now and select a winner. Has no effect otherwise.

I was intending for “a quorum of Trucks” to mean the actual full playerlist quroum, not the “calculated quorum” for vote-counting purposes. Even if arthexis, Clucky, and Trapdoorspyder voted for this Proposal, it would still not be enough to actually do anything. I’d rather just withdraw it instead.
