Proposal: Just how popular am I?

At the end of the rule “Popularity” add the following,

All new players start with 0 Popularity.

Set all Scripters Popularity to 0.

The player who wrote the original rule forgot to tell us what our Popularity value was supposed to start off at.

Afew dynasties back we had a rule that stated that paul but since its no longer in the ruleset Devenger’s will be set to 0 as well.
