Set the Special Case rule “Dynastic Distance” to Inactive, and set the Special Case rule “Malign Emperors” to Active.

I know the Malign Emperors rule doesn’t actually say anything either way about how the Emperor should act, but if Brendan’s going to play it in character we should remember that we nodded through an Imperial text injection scam literally yesterday.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
