Upon enactment of this CFJ, the following happens:

Other CfJ had cheeky DoV shenanigans by me lol, so this is a correction.
If you’re willing to torture the English language to this degree, this wouldn’t even be a fix. You’d say “ha, I may ‘not use it’, and so I choose to not not use it, and thus use this invalid value!” 
per pokes.
To be completely honest, part of me believes you did that on purpose to retry the same scam a second time with this new wording, since the first abuse didn’t convince us.
It was pretty much free for me to try it (DoV 5-day lockout aside) so I didn’t see hardly any drawback in going for it.
Do you really not regard inconveniencing and/or annoying other players as any kind of cost, in a social game like Nomic?
I don’t want to win because I’m popular lol, I’m already sick of that at my job.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
