Rename ‘Kaiju Attributes’ to ‘Kaiju Powers’, and replace the first paragraph with the following:

Each Kaiju God may have up to 3 powers that are listed in the Powers section of this rule. If a Kaiju God does not have three powers, they may, once per day, choose a single additional power, which may or may not be the same as another of their powers. The powers a Kaiju God has will be tracked in the Neighborhood in which they are a Patron.

As a daily action, a Kaiju God may either activate or discharge one of their listed powers, removing it from the Kaiju God’s listing. If a power is discharged, there is no further effect.

If a power is activated, the Kaiju God will note this at the top of the ‘Book of the Kaiju’ wiki page, followed by the Kaiju God’s timestamp (~~~~). When noting the use of a power, as needed, replace “[Monster]” with the name of a completed Monster with a wiki page, “[Robot]” with the name of a completed Robot with a wiki page, and “[Neighborhood]” with the name of a Neighborhood.

If an activated power has an effect with a duration, then an additional note shall be made on the appropriate page(s) (under the neighborhood on the wiki page, and/or on the monster’s or robot’s wiki page), marked with the Kaiju God’s timestamp (~~~~), which may be removed by any Kaiju God after its effects have ended.

In the ‘Powers’ section of ‘Kaiju Powers’, replace ‘Teleport Monster’ with the following:

Teleport [Monster] to [Neighborhood]: Move the named monster to the named neighborhood, assuming the monster is not already in that neighborhood. However, if there is a Circle of Protection over that neighborhood, the monster shall instead be moved to an Outer Region of the Kaiju God’s choice, and the Circle of Protection shall be ended.

In the ‘Powers’ section of ‘Kaiju Powers’, rename ‘Empower Monster’ to ‘Empower [Monster]’.

In the ‘Powers’ section of ‘Kaiju Powers’, rename ‘Weaken Monster’ to ‘Weaken [Monster]’.

In the ‘Powers’ section of ‘Kaiju Powers’, add the following powers:

Circle of Protection over [Neighborhood]: By declaring a circle of protection over a neighborhood, no monster may enter that neighborhood for the next 24 hours. A Circle of Protection may only be declared over a neighborhood if there is no monster already there. The Circle of Protection may be ended prematurely with ‘Teleport [Monster] to [Neighborhood]’, as described in that power.

Media Blackout over [Neighborhood]: For the next 24 hours, no media posts may be made affecting that neighborhood. However, if there is currently a ‘Media Frenzy’ in effect over that neighborhood, then the media frenzy shall instead be ended, and there shall be no further effect for the Media Blackout.

Media Frenzy over [Neighborhood] For the next 24 hours, the building or population effects of any media posts made concerning the named neighborhood shall be doubled. However, if there is currently a ‘Media Blackout’ in effect over that neighborhood, then the media blackout shall instead be ended, and there shall be no further effect for the Media Frenzy.
