Personal wallets are a very logical idea and I like your implementation of it. I do worry about the risk of this becoming a “biggest number at the end” type mechanic so I’m on the fence.

Could you clarify what a “weekly communal action” is? Is everyone allowed to do it once per week, or can only one person do it each week?

Also if we are going to have weekly actions we should decide whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday. I’d go with Sunday because that splits the weekend nicely in twain.

It’s in the appendix: “A Weekly Communal action is a Weekly Action that can only be performed by one Realtor per week.”

Super supportive of this. I will note that I’d like to keep in line with the AA in terms of the win con, so selling houses should be the ultimate goal here. “Biggest Bucks win” is not something I’d support as a win con, for instance. Something along the lines of being used for buying stuff like traps or improving the attributes of houses is where I could see the ending up.

I’m a bit wary of potential positive feedback loops in general still and I worry that “Biggest Bucks” might eventually translate in effect to “Most Houses” or whatever. I’ll still probably vote for this, but I want to flag that as something I’ll be watching out for early.

Having already voted for this, I now realize that it’s not clear whether all Realtors share a pool of Bucks, or whether each Realtor has their own amount of Bucks.
