Replace “If a particular Architect’s name has been first in the Bidding Queue and the most recent drop post has been closed for the previous 36 hours” with:-
If a particular Architect’s name has been first in the Bidding Queue for the previous 36 hours and no drop post has existed during that time
The current phrasing (arguably) allows the shuffling of anyone who has ever been first in the queue, past tense.
