Add a new rule named “Economy”

-Add a new stat called “gold”
-Give everyone 5 gold

This isn’t actually a Proposal, and it’s too old to be fixed into one now, I’m afraid. It also could use a rewrite, to work nicely as a Rule. I’d hold off on it and redraft it in the comments here before Proposing again, and make sure to select the right Category when you do that.

I don’t have any idea why this was published in the first place. This proposal wasn’t ready to be released yet. Oh well I had planned to work on it a little more before proposing it.
