Add a new sub-rule “Going Abroad” to rule 2.3 with the following text:

If a candidate has not taken a campaign action within the last 96 hours, the candidate may perform a Going Abroad action by commenting “GA 1DICE2” in the GDNT. The candidate then sets their supporters to X, where X is the result of dividing the number of supporters they have by the outcome of the die roll. The next time this candidate takes/performs an action, they may instead double the amount of money they have and then take/perform the action.
