Add the Clerk named Quirck to the Finance Committee.
I promise to keep vigilant watch over the state treasury and stop any attempts to inexpediently squander it.
Would rather see more seats filled, and preferably by those Clerks who aren’t already on a Committee.
R Motions can’t assign multiple seats, only one at a time. So we have to start with someone. And if you prefer to see someone who didn’t want or didn’t have time to join R Committee, then propose it :)
Motions allow “instances of that Committee’s Power”, so plural would work, I think.
Oh, then the Executive Committee can mandate that every signle Clerk except one has an Executive Washroom Keycard, which I think is not what was implied by the word “single”.
In fact, the whole sentence is that “A Motion originating from a Committee should only propose changes to the ruleset or gamestate which are instances of that Committee’s Power.” - multiples seem fine, from that. Washroom Keycard is a bit wonky if it becomes a victory condition, but doesn’t seem like it breaks anything.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
