against Actually, CoV, this doesn’t seem an interesting enough Committee to be cut out of others for.

And I think this is Out of Scope now that ShareDVI has idled out, as a Motion “should only propose changes to the ruleset or gamestate which are instances of that Committee’s Power”, and assigning an idle Clerk to a Committee is not within that remit.
