Append the following paragraph to Atlantean Language:

When using images in the contents of a Votable Matter, only images that have been uploaded to the blognomic wiki are permitted, and only then if it has been uploaded with the intent of it being a valid Atlantean Scrap. The Votable Matter may contain text as normal.

Create a subrule of Atlantean Language called Etched In Stone:

Any images that are in Votable Matters and are found nowhere else in the gamestate are subject to the rules described in the Official Posts rule in Gamestate Tracking as if they were written contents of the post. All other Atlantean Scraps that are found anywhere in the gamestate other than the aforementioned ones found exclusively in Votable Matters instead fall under the rule Representations of the Gamestate rule in Gamestate Tracking as normal for tracked wiki pages.
