Proposal: No _more_ codes

1-8, can’t be enacted without a CoV. -Elias IX

So, my previous proposals to reveal all the encrypted & secret rules failed.  Can we at least agree to having no additional encrypted rules?

In the rule entitled “The Codex”, replace the paragraph that reads…

For the purposes of adding, editing, or removing ciphertext, the Abbot may alter this rule at any time, provided that e gives notice on the front page that an alteration has been made.

with the following paragraph.

No further additions or alterations may be made to this rule or any of its subrules.

To quote Law 1.1:
“No Rule may contain a provision that bars itself from being altered and/or repealed.”

But we like them!

Figure out where everyone is doing the chanting and go stand there—you can get a bunch of integrity if you do the math correctly. Turn that integrity into books and in your research message tell me that it’s a cryptogram you’re interested.
