In the rule Party Time and it’s subrules, replace the both instances of the text “If there is a tie, the winner is decided secretly randomly among all partygoers that tied for the highest Party Score.” with the following:

If there is a tie, the winner is decided secretly randomly among all non-Host partygoers that are tied for the highest Party Score and Partying.

In the rule Fun and Games, change the text ‘If an Activity is not Ongoing as defined by the Rules of the Game of that Activity, a Partygoer may join that Activity by commenting a “Join” Response to the activity post and spending an amount of Energy defined by the Cost of the Game of that Activity. A Partygoer can only join an Activity if the Location of that Activity’s Game is the same as their own Location.’ to the following:
