In the rule “Gamestate Tracking”, replace “If no Seller has commented on it,” with:-
If no Seller has commented on it, or if the only comments on it begin with “Note:” and contain no voting icons,
It’s probably about time we fixed the “your post isn’t a legal proposal, but if I tell you this then you won’t be able to change it” thing.
