All Henchman, including the Overlord, whose location is the destroyed continent have their GL changed to 0, and their location set to Antarctica.

And just an idea I had to make that voting a bit more competitive…
If more than half of all comments containing counted FOR votes also contain the text “Spice it up?”, affix the following text to the end of the second paragraph of rule 2.10

When the Overlord posts their activation story post, Henchmen will be unable to change their location until the Doomsday Device destroys a continent.
