No player may move or hop from East Putney to Mornington Crescent. No player may declare victory while any player is at East Putney. While at East Putney, take a look at the gemstone museum which includes a large fieldspar pendant from the Crown Jewels.
Even if we had a method for dislodging players from stations, this would make it much harder for a single player to achieve victory without help.
s/k per Kevan. You’re right, this is too strong. Not sure why I didn’t realize that a player could just sit at East Putney forever. I was aiming for a less strong version of that, something that prevents collusion (I go to East Putney, unlock MC, you immediately go there on my behalf).

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
