If the proposal “I May Be Some Time” has been enacted then rewrite the sentence in the rule “Locations” that begins “At any time, Villager at a Location…” to read:
At any time, Villager at a Location may select one of its Routes and spend that Route’s Length in Time to set their Location to the Location named in that Route.
If the proposals “Tapping the Thermometer” and “I May Be Some Time” have both been enacted then create a subrule of “Locations” entitled “Carrying” with the following text:
If a given Villager is Unconscious, and a second Villager who is not Unconscious has the same Location as that Unconscious Villager, then at any time, the second Villager may select one of their Location’s Routes and spend double that Route’s Length in Time to set both their Location and the Location of the Unconscious Villager to the Location named in that Route.
No, you can’t move Lifeless Villagers, but yes, Lifeless Villagers can move Unconscious Villagers.
Never mind, we’ll get to that later.

Not sure about the flavour text reasoning: the temperature checks are all “if less than”, so a Lifeless player is also considered to be Unconscious (and Cold).
