Why do we want to create mega-rich interns?

This is all starting to feel a bit Kevan’s-going-to-win-y.

Obviously Kevan can’t win, I’m not Emperor.

I’ve adjusted it so that it’s not necessarily Interns, just players who don’t work with you.

Did the Kevan’s-going-to-win-y bit get edited out?

because we’ve just had three pooling victories in a row.

1) Person in RnD or market drains the budget down to some tiny amount (probably $1, but lower if they can get there)
2) They then turn their say $50 vesting into 50 options for person in Sales
3) Person in Sales then sells a box, turns those 50 options into large amounts of vesting

rinse and repeat.
