Add the following as the first step to both of the atomic actions in the Party Time rule and subrules of such:
- All Partying Partygoers gain 10 medals.
If the majority of the FOR votes on this proposal contain the word “recursive”, then give 20 medals to the players named Bucky and Habanero, and 10 Medals to the players named lendunistis and Snail.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
