In the rule Doctor, change the text

If a villager is the Doctor, e may secretly tell the mayor of a villager who is their target. If their target would otherwise have been killed by a werewolf attack, the doctor instead saves the villager from death. The Doctor may not target the same villager more than two nights in a row.

to

If a villager is the Doctor, e may secretly tell the mayor of a villager who is their target. If their target would otherwise have been killed by a werewolf attack, the doctor instead saves the villager from death. The mayor shall then secretly send an email to the doctor and the saved villager telling them of the events of the night, but if a public post is made by the mayor about a night when someone was saved, the mayor shall not state that the villager was saved by the doctor. A living villager saved by the doctor may make public any information they wish in reguards to when they were saved. The Doctor may not. The Doctor may not target the same villager more than two nights in a row.

I don’t think we should place restrictions in the rules on what we can or can’t share.

imperial not sure about the doctor’s vow of silence. what if, for instance, e stops being a doctor? although perhaps it could be that if e shares info, he automatically stops being the doctor or something.

against As per Bob. Better to say that the doctor is just “discouraged” - if he’s breaking confidentiality, we can sack or lynch him for it.
