Add a dynastic rule, entitled “Location”, as follows:
Zahndorf is divided into Locations. Each Villager has, at any given time, exactly one Location, which is tracked in the GNDT. Unless the list of Locations in this rule expressly provides otherwise, any number of Villagers may have a particular Location. (For ease of communication, the phrase “X is located at Y” and phrases of like import shall be interpreted as meaning that Villager X has Location Y as his current location). Any Villager may change his Location to any other permitted Location, at any time, by means of the GNDT. The list of available Locations, and the game effects associated with each, is as follows:
* Village Square. All Villagers have this Location as their initial Location. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the ruleset, only Villagers who are located at Village Square may initiate or vote on Calls for Action (except for the Mayor, who may initiate or take action with respect to Calls for Action wherever he is located).
* Church. No more than two Villagers may be located in Church at any given time. Any Villager who is in Church may not be killed by Werewolves.
* Cemetery. All Villagers who are Dead are located at the Cemetery. No Villager who is not Dead may be located at the Cemetery.
* Forest.
