Add three new items to the list in Rule 2.3.2

*The recipient of a Bronze medal in an Event receives TP equal to the cost of competing in that event.
*The recipient of a Silver medal in an Event receives TP equal to twice the cost of competing in that event.
*The recipient of a Gold medal in an Event receives TP equal to four times the cost of competing in that event.

If more than half of all comments containing counted votes also contain the text “Refunds”, give all Olympians with Medals TP equal to what they would have won had the text in this Rule been in effect when e won each Medal.
