The Mysterious Evil Sorcerer is a beast. She has a fortitude of 13. Her goal is obtain a unique item called the Phoenix Wand. The Mysterious Evil Sorcerer’s behavior is to reduce a random knight’s gold by 2. The Mysterious Evil Sorcerer also randomly gives out a quiver to a random knight.

edit: actually, quivers are just OP, not common.
The pheonix wand does not exist and thus her goal will never be achieved.

If this used to say “pheonix wand” and you changed it, I’m afraid that’s not allowed (per Rule 3.2, “If no Knight has commented on it, an official post may be altered or removed by its author; otherwise this can only be done as allowed by the Ruleset.”) - it’s kind of common sense, otherwise you could add “Rainbowkitten08 wins!” to your proposal just before it got voted through.

The Newbie Guide is worth a read; we should probably add a line about not changing proposals if it’s not already in there.

against because this doesn’t explicitly create a rule and “very often” doesn’t mean anything.

against I’ve gone ahead and reverted the illegal edit. The nonexistence of the Phoenix Wand wouldn’t have been a problem anyway; we’ve already had the Lady of the Lake searching for Excalibur. There’s nothing stopping us from adding the item later, or just keeping the Motive unobtainable.

The format is so… not right.

Ohh! I’m sorry. I kind of thought it was a new beast.

It’s obvious what you meant, but Nomic is all about specifying exactly what’s going to happen to the ruleset.
