For every 2 proposals you make that are successfully passed, you get a choice of one of the following:
8 points
5 Annoyingness
1 Focus + 1 Plague
Seems likely to just encourage voting against all proposals, to stop anyone from getting an advantage.
[Tantusar] Zyborg did the same thing last week and there wasn’t any strong objection to interpreting this style of proposal writing as “I propose that this should be an ongoing rule” (given that this seems the only way to read it).

Same reason as Kevan’s. Unfortunately this isn’t a healthy concept in the long run but I appreciate the effort, Raven. I look forwards to another!
