Add a new rule to the Ruleset.  Call it “Murder” and give it the following text:

Each surviving Villager may murder another Villager as a weekly action.  To do so, he must make a post to the blog with title “I murder X”, where X is the name of his victim.  The body of the post should describe the method of the murder and may also give an excuse for the murder.  The victim then becomes Dead.  If the mayor judges that the post does not accurately identify the murderer or the victim, he may revert the status of the victim to Alive. 

Any Villager who has murdered another Villager is considered to be dead for the purpose of determining whether Town Meetings pass or fail.  This lasts until the end of the dynasty or until a Town Meeting decides otherwise.
