In the rule “Searches”, replace
The Ending Action for a Search may only be performed by either the Blizzard or the Villager who created that Search, and may not be performed for a given Search if that Search has been Open for less than 24 hours; it is an atomic action with the following steps:

The Ending Condition for a Search is that it has been Open for at least 24 hours. A Search may only be Ended by either the Villager who created that Search or the Blizzard. The Ending Action of a Search is an atomic action with the following steps:
Remove the following bullet point from the Ending Action of a Search:
*post a comment on the Search being ended with the text “This Search is complete.”
As it stands now, any Villager can End a Search at any time as it does not have any Ending Conditions per the special case rule “Event Types”, but the Ending Action won’t be carried out unless the intended conditions are met. This Proposal fixes this issue, while also removing the redundant comment from the atomic action (as you must already post a comment to End an Event).
