In the rule “Food Trucks”, remove the text “A Closed Truck may not take any Serve Actions.” and replace this text:

A Open Truck is considered an Open Truck, and a Closed Truck is considered a Closed Truck.

In the rule “Closed Actions”, replace this text:

A Closed Action is an action that can only be done in the Serve phase by a Truck with an Operating Status of Closed. A Closed Truck may perform no more than one Closed Action per Trading Day.

The Maintenance is a publicly tracked number. The Yard may, at any time, update it to match the number of Closed Trucks that have submitted a Closed Action.

If only one or two Closed Trucks have not submitted a Closed Action, then the Yard is permitted to publicly reveal their identities and remind them to submit a Closed Action, on the blog and/or on Discord.
