Agreed, if we want to get rid of Time being wasted in a fruitless Search, let’s remove all references to Broken from the ruleset.

Just removing them from the table achieves the effect needed, I think? Keeping the term defined gives us the option to easily plug it back to some locations later in if we ever had reason to, and I think leaving traces of weakened mechanics in the ruleset has a better historical look to it.
