It’s because of a CfJ a few days ago, someone concerned about TP being raised too much. The only problem is if people go overboard with their trainer (“occasionally” is not a good limit). 48 hours seemed reasonable to me.

I’ll also add that it’s good for new Olympians. I was confused by the “occasionally” there - does that mean once a week? Once a day? Is several times a day acceptable? I didn’t want to break any rules so I probably missed out on 2 or 3 TP the first week.

Exactly. Occasionally is left often than 48 hours.

Why should we need to “catch on”? Shouldn’t it be immediately obvious? I apparently didn’t get it until I proposed this rule.

Well, this has effectively been defeated, but I’m going to continue increasing my TP occasionally, which will be whenever I want.
