Replace the content of rule 2.8 Boom with the following:
There exists an atomic bomb, which has a timer. The timer starts at 10. Every two consecutive days that nobody posts a proposal, the timer goes down by 1. When the timer hits 0, the dynasty ends, all dynastic rules are repealed, and a new metadynasty starts.
Consecutive. 10.
Will this reset the timer to 10? Even if not, I don’t think this is necessary.
Well, the consecutiveness is because one player pointed out that the following would decrease the timer:
Proposal - No proposal - Proposal - No proposal
because, whilst it might be funny, a metadynasty would be a bit of a sad thing to start after the progress we are making here.

Sorry, I though the only thing that changed was that it started at 10.
I would interpret the change that only the start point changed, which does not affect what it is now; therefore, changing the start point to 10 has no effect.
