Pretty plausible as a novel title but a bit awkward, and the hyphen makes it not a clean acronym, so that’d get a 3 or so. Except it gets dinged further for maybe not fitting the prompt because either the RA or the VEN is the title and the other is the subtitle or separate series title. The flavor text claims the second, and further casts 4/5 of the title words as a pair of proper nouns. The prompt had good potential in this direction, but this incarnation of RA-VEN fumbles it.
