Call for Judgment: Sanity Brake

5-0.  Doesn’t do anything. —Excalabur

If this CFJ passes, render all Declarations of Victory that were posted after this illegal as well as any actions dependant on the Declarations of Victory illegal.

This will allow us to discuss what to do without Hiatuses disrputing the game. If we decide we don’t need it, we’ll just shoot it down.

for but this doesn’t address the victory of AngryGrasshopper, which happened without a DoV.

Quick question:

Wouldn’t this make it impossible for anyone to win this Dynasty?

If all Declarations of Victory after Sanity Brake are made illegal, and any actions dependant on such a Declaration of Victory are also made illegal, and the defacto point of the game is to win, or in game terms, successfully Declare a Victory, then won’t this proposal make attempting to win the game illegal, and henceforth make winning impossible?

Sorry that was such a long sentence, and also if I have misinterpreted something and all of the above was senseless.

This is only a one time effect that happens with the passesing of the CFJ

My reading is that any declaration of victory posted chronologically after the posting of “Sanity Brake” but before the administration become void if the CfJ is enacted.

Once the CfJ is enacted and the DoVs are nullified, the ruling has no persistent effect—CfJs are (supposed to be) one time things.

I could be wrong, cheese still could be awesome..
