Upstatenewyork, Blognomic - Developments in sport science have allowed the rapid development of mind and body. These new methods have doubled the pace at which athletes are able to increase their physical and mental prowess. The cost of these new training methods, however, is so high that it is only affordable to the nations of Blognomic and Japan, the latter of which has withheld competing in the Olympics ever since the tragic 2043 death of their entire bobsled, soccer, and ping pong teams.

Replace the following in rule 2.3.2, Training:

Often, an Olympian may give every current Olympian one Training Point, provided no other Olympian has done so that day. If e does so, he must give every current Olympian the training point.

with this:

Often, an Olympian may give every current Olympian two Training Points, provided no other Olympian has done so that day. If e does so, he must give every current Olympian the training points.
