Add a new subrule to the Movement rule.  Call it “Secret Passages” and give it the following text:

Certain Locations may be empty to Monks who meet certain conditions.  Such a Monk is said to have Access to that Location.  These Locations shall be Represented by the numerals 0-9.

The rules regarding the emptiness of such locations are secret;  However, if a Monk with a Knowlege of 5 or more decreases eir knowledge by 5 e may request the the rules regarding one numeral from the ghost of the Abbot, and the Abbot shall send em all Secret Rules regarding that numeral derived from this Rule.

In eir next Story Post after this passes, the Abbot shall update the map to reflect the existance of Secret Passages.  The secret Rules mentioned in the Rule have been sent to the Abbot.

I see that instead of addressing the fairness issue that Elias brought up, you decided to use your proposal slot for something completely unrelated. against

against CoV. I didn’t catch that last sentence, I thought the Abbot was choosing the placement.

And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see. (Luke 10:23)
