Proposal: Setting things straight (through legal means, please)

If Proposal “DoV Fixes” fails, this Proposal does nothing.

Create a new rule “arthexis is a cheating groundhog”:

arthexis may not post a Declaration of Victory. If the current month is September, any Bill Murray may repeal this rule.

Revert all gamestate and ruleset changes made by proposal “DoV Fixes”.

First: Yuri’s proposal is in bad style. It creates an effect that cannot be tracked ruleswise. We normally frown upon that.
Second: While I still believe my move was valid and was illegaly declared illegal, I will not fool myself either. Blognomic is about popular voting, not about rules. As such, even if my action was rules-based, if the other players wish to censure my action, that’s ok. It’s the way the game is played and I have no problems with that. But if you wanna bar me from winning, at least do it correctly and don’t mess up with the core rules.

against  September should clearly state that it’s in 3009 as opposed to 2009.

It doesn’t matter. As long as it is September, one can repeal it. Your point is a non issue.

But it could be repealed this millennium! We need to fix it!

Furthermore, yuri’s is even worse: it doesn’t say on WHICH five days I can’t make DoVs.

But what if someone repeals it this year? You might be able to win!!

veto The punishment, if you believe you have broken the rules, is a BAN. So unless that’s what you want, arht, then please focus on playing the game.
