In “Deliveries,” replace
If no Delivery exists, any Contractor may create one
with
If fewer than two Deliveries exists, any Contractor may create one
Also replace
If a Delivery is more than 24 hours old and no Contractor has made a Valid Bid on it in the past 24 hours, then any Contractor may close the Delivery:
with
If a Delivery is more than 24 hours old and no Contractor has made a Valid Bid on it in the past 24 hours, then any Contractor may close the Delivery by posting a comment to that effect on that Delivery:
If a number of EVC’s equal to quorum include the phrase “Requesting Delivery,” create two additional Deliveries.
IMO, we should have more deliveries open so the resources can flow more freely. Also making closing deliveries a little less ambiguous as per Kevan’s comment on Slack, though I realize upon review that my comment was incorrect and, frankly, stupid. I need to read rules more carefully before saying anything.
No such thing as a stupid question; as this shows, anyone starting any conversation about the rules is good for the game.
