If a rule named “Permission” exists, delete it.
Amend the rule “Dog Teams”, by replacing:

with:
unless that member has posted a public blog post during this Dynasty, stating that they cannot Tag Along, and haven’t published since a public blog post stating that they can Tag Along again.

Kevan: How? An Explorer who doesn’t want to be “kidnapped” can publish a blog post saying they can’t Tag Along.
Just that we’re all kidnappable by default.
And on reflection, a slew of “I can tag along” [pause] “I can’t tag along any more” double blog posts every time a team wants to move as a group wouldn’t be much fun.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
