If the Chief has not voted for or deferential on this proposal, the rest of it has no effect.
In “If the Chief has not done so in the past 46 hours”, replace 46 with 22.
In “A Sluggish detective may only change their Location once in any 54-hour period”, replace 54 with 36.
Seems like the dynasty has hit a rhythm here.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
