In “New Day”, replace “by paying its cost (shown in brackets after the name of the action) from their own Cover” with:-

by paying X Cover (where X is the number of Meddling actions the Meddling Shifter has taken earlier during the current New Day)

Remove all bracketed costs from Meddling actions.

In the effect of “Reassure”, change “If every Shifter’s Cover is less than their Form’s Reputation, increase the Cover of all Shifters by 1.” to:-

Choose at least three Forms, and increase the Cover of each Shifter who has taken any of those Forms by 3.
