Add a new rule, “Radio Transmissions”:
An Agent may broadcast a Radio Transmission by telephoning D-Ops in an e-mail with the subject line “Radio Transmission”. The e-mail’s body must contain the message that the Agent wishes to broadcast, which must be an unspaced string of numbers and/or upper-case letters with a length of 30 or more. Upon receiving this request, D-Ops should, at their earliest convenience, make a post with the title “Radio Transmission #{N}”, where {N} is the chronological number of the posted transmission (ordered by the dates of posting), and the broadcasted message in its body.

Excellent. Although we should maybe cut down on spam by just having me dump all received messages to the blog periodically, in a single post.
