If Utter Piracy passed, add the following paragraph to the “Victory” rule:-
The Captain may pass their captaincy onto any other Swashbuckler, at any time.
[ Allowing “if we win, a random supporter of the mutiny will become Captain, arr, trust me on this, lads” encouragement. ]
It be not the pirate way to give up power, unless it be at the point of a cutlass.
But this should be amended to forbid switches while there is a pending mutiny.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
