Proposal: That move was craaaazy

Self-killed. Failed by pokes.

Adminned at 05 Jul 2017 22:27:55 UTC

Add to “Explorers”:

An Explorer can spend 1 Dog Sled to perform a TOTALLY SICK STUNT, by riding off a slope and pulling off a 360 or something else similarly impressive. All other Explorers at that Location will totally not believe it and gain 5 Insanity.

Given that this is Cuddlebeam’s second “convert Dog Sleds to something else” attempt, is there a loophole here?

against Killing dogs is indeed a sick stunt.

(...Or maybe they’re just scared off? I dunno, just numbers on the GNDT lol.)

Also, no loophole unfortunately. I’m often just trying to toss in entropy, because things have been pretty stagnant.

(Also, this allows a possible insanity-based victory if the ork-pok-kev win eventually doesn’t happen, for artefacts)

Cuddlebeam cast an against vote on their own Proposal; it is now Self-killed, which means it can no longer be enacted, and will be failed as soon as it is first in the Proposal queue. Note that being Self-killed is definitive; even if Cuddlebeam changes their vote, the Proposal still won’t be enacted.

So that effectively means that new votes on this Proposal are useless.

We’re currently in Hiatus though, because there is a Pending Declaration of Victory; no Proposal will be resolved until either:
- the Declaration of Victory is failed; or
- the Declaration of Victory is enacted, and Kevan makes an Ascension address.

Some Explorers use a Greasemonkey script which makes it much easier to see what is the current vote tally on votable matters such as Proposals; for more info, check https://wiki.blognomic.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Useful_Links

That being said, you are of course still allowed to use the ‘against’ voting icon, for instance to put emphasis on the fact that you are against this idea :-)
