If the Proposal’s Baby It’s Cold Outside and or The Wheel of Time Turns have failed the this proposal does nothing.
Create a new rule titled: THE ALIEN AGAIN
The Alien is an entity to be treated like a player and, by default it has a heat of 60, and a time of 0.
When The Alien would lose heat, instead a different player in their location loses that amount of heat.
If everyone but The Alien is frozen, The Alien “wins” this dynasty and repeal all rules but this one and start a new meta-dynasty referred to as “THE SECOND DYNASTY OF THE ALIEN”
The Alien again! This time instead of infection its freezing.
Note that this does not specify which Villager is selected to lose Heat if there are multiple valid targets when the Alien loses Heat nor what happens when no one shares the Alien’s Location when it loses Heat.
