If “Nomich World Cup” was not enacted, this Proposal has no effect.

If there is a rule named “The Gamblers”, add a subrule to it named “Winners Circle” and give it the following text:

There is a publicly-tracked table named Winners Circle which contains the following columns, each defaulting to empty:
* Sport - The name of a Sport from a Sporting Event
* Date - A day and month
* Winners - A list of Punters

After making a Results Post, the Bookie should add an entry to the Winners Circle for each Sporting Event from that Results Post with the following information:
* The Sport named in that Sporting Event
* The date that Sporting Event took place
* The name of each Punter whose Bet matched the Outcome of that Sporting Event
