In “Committees”, replace “The Chairperson of a Committee is considered to be the Director for Motions originating from that Committee, unless that Motion is to elect a Chairperson.” with:-

If a Motion originating from a Committee does not propose to elect a Chairperson, then the Chairperson of that Committee may veto it as if they were the Director, and votes of DEFERENTIAL on that Motion are considered to be the same as that of its Committee’s Chairperson, instead of the Director. (The previous sentence does not apply to Motions originating from a Committee whose Chairperson is the Director.)

In the rule “The Director”, if it exists, replace “If the Director vetoes a Motion, he becomes Beleaguered.” with:-

If the Director vetoes a Motion originating from a Committee which he is not the Chairperson of, he becomes Beleaguered.

Remove the paragraph beginning “This rule does not apply to Clerks who are acting” from the ruleset, if it exists. Remove any sentence beginning “(To clarify, both the actual Director and the Chairperson may” from the ruleset.
