Add a new subrule entitled “Minions of Katastrophe” to the Rule “Time Companies”.  Give it the following text:

Minions of Katastrophe
Leader: (Katastrophe) None
Description:Members of this Company may be referred to as “Minions”.  If more than half of all Event Nodes have the keyword “Katastrophe”, then all Minions of Katastrophe may often increase eir Influence by 3 and Katastrophe may often increase eir Influence by an additional 2.  If at any time there is only one Event Node that does not contain the keyword “Katastrophe”, than Katastrophe has acheived victory and must reward all Minions in the next dynasty.
Description:The goal of the Minions is to overthrow and humiliate the Arbiter and put their own timeline into place.  Oh, and take over the world, too.

Given that there are already node events with the “Katastrophe” keyword, we won’t be able to get a traveller called Katastrophe (without first redescribing those node events) so this company won’t be able to have a leader.

If we did get a traveller called Katastrophe then eir minions won’t be able to create new node events with the keyword Katastrophe (which seems to be their whole point in life) because that will be the name of another traveller.

Finally, it opens up the possibility that “Katastrophe” could acheive victory without their being a traveller called Katastrophe.

He’s defining the leader of the group as “Katastrophe”, it’s nothing to do with names.

It’d only take a few Node Event changes (adding loads of keywords to an event, then altering that event a couple of times) to get the Katastrophe keyword everywhere, of course.
