Add a new rule called “Alliances” with the following text:

Each Kaiju strives to form alliances with the other contenders for the throne. Some such alliances are made known to all; others are negotiated silently, sometimes with half of a partnership unaware it even exists.

Each Kaiju has a Right Claw and a Left Claw, each of which is the name of another Kaiju, which may not both be the same, and which may not be themself. The Right Claw is a public alliance, and is tracked via a text field in the GNDT. The Left Claw is tracked privately, by the Attendant. Both of these properties default to nothing.

A Kaiju may, as a Daily Action, change their Right Claw to the name of any active Kaiju besides themselves or their Left Claw by updating the GNDT and making a comment to this effect; OR may change their Left Claw to the name of any active Kaiju besides themselves by sending a private message to the Attendant to this effect. (Doing one of these things counts against the daily limit for doing either.)

A Kaiju who does not have a Right Claw and a Left Claw each set to a valid, active Kaiju may not take actions under any Dynastic Rules but this one.
